Job summary

Derbyshire County Council is seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our refuse collection team in the East Midlands. The role focuses on refuse loading and may involve other refuse duties as needed to support curb side refuse and recycling services.

Successful applicants will work a Monday to Friday shift starting at 06:00, with occasional requirements to work outside these hours due to the nature of the job. Overtime is paid after 37 hours per week.

An enthusiastic individual is required to join our refuse collection team. This role will be principally one of refuse loading but may undertake other refuse duties.

This role will have a particular emphasis on the Councils curb side refuse and recycling collection services.

The successful candidate will be required to work task and finish Monday to Friday with a 06:00 start time. There may also be a requirement from time to time to work outside these hours due to the nature of the job. Overtime is paid after 37 hours weekly.
