Job summary

Claud Investments is seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full responsibility for day-to-day site operations on refurbishment projects in Greater London. You will manage programmes, coordinate subcontractors, ensure safety and quality, and report to Project Managers.

The role requires hands-on leadership, a proven track record on residential refurbishments, strong organisational skills, and CSCS certification.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Construction Manager on refurbishment projects.
• Strong understanding of residential construction and refurbishment works.
• CSCS certification required; CSCS certified professionals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of site operations from start to practical completion.
• Manage programme and sequencing of works to meet milestones.
• Identify and resolve site issues that could impact time, cost, or quality.
• Coordinate trades to avoid clashes and downtime; manage subcontractors and direct labour.
• Capture and upload required progress evidence and coordinate inspections with Building Control.
