Job summary

Axis CLC Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager for our Planned Works team. Based from our Stratford office with travel to sites across South London, you will oversee kitchens, bathrooms, windows, doors, roofing and external refurbishments, ensuring safe, on-time delivery.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage site logistics and maintain records while working closely with residents and clients to ensure a smooth, positive experience for residents.

Qualifications

• Experience managing planned maintenance or refurbishment works.
• Experience coordinating subcontractor-led delivery in occupied properties.
• Full UK driving licence and ability to travel across sites.
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations and site compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of planned works across multiple properties.
• Oversee subcontractor performance to ensure quality and programme adherence.
• Ensure works are delivered safely and in line with H&S requirements.
• Coordinate site activity and sequencing to minimise resident disruption.
• Monitor quality, conduct inspections against specifications.
• Collaborate with Residents Liaison Officers, clients and internal teams.
