• Process refunds and claims payments within policy administration systems.
• Support Audit requests for detailed information.
• Ensure compliance within FCA regulations.
• Manage personal workload to meet SLAs and quality standards.
• Communicate and build relationships with internal departments.
• Act as a key point of contact for high volume clients.
