Job summary

ACH, a social enterprise in the UK, is seeking a Support & Integration Officer to join our mission of empowering refugees and migrants. Based in Wolverhampton, the role is full-time and permanent, with a 9:00–17:00 schedule, Monday to Friday.

You will manage a designated caseload, deliver person-centred support across housing, finances, education, and immigration, and work with external partners to help service users integrate into their communities.

Qualifications

• Experience of working with asylum seekers or refugees in paid or voluntary capacity.
• Ability to provide advice, guidance and advocacy with cultural sensitivity.
• Experience creating support plans and completing needs assessments.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and manage a caseload.
• Understanding safeguarding for vulnerable adults is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred support, advice and guidance to help refugees resettle and integrate.
• Manage a designated caseload, assess needs and risks, develop tailored support plans.
• Support tenants to access services and build social networks in their communities.
• Carry out pre-tenancy assessments and maintain CRM case files.
• Organise meetings, referrals and build relationships with external partners.
