Serco is recruiting a Refuel Driver at RNAS Yeovilton to safely deliver and manage aviation fuel for military and civilian aircraft. The role involves hands-on refuelling, quality testing, and supporting airfield operations within a regulated environment.

As a Refuel Driver in our Aircraft Engineering Support and Airfield Services team, you’ll play a vital role in keeping aviation operations moving by safely delivering and managing fuel for military and civilian aircraft in a highly regulated environment.
From day-to-day refuelling to supporting critical flying operations, your work will directly contribute to operational readiness and safety. This is a hands‑on role where precision, responsibility and teamwork come together to create a positive impact on essential services and the communities they support.
This role requires Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance, which involves verifying your identity, employment history, nationality, and criminal record to meet government security standards. In addition, you will need to obtain formal Security Clearance (such as CTC or SC), which includes more detailed background checks on employment, criminal record, and financial history to ensure suitability for working in secure environments. Please note that UK residency requirements may apply for certain levels of clearance. You will also complete an Occupational Health Questionnaire so we can identify and provide any support you may need to undertake the role effectively.
