Job summary

City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to maintain and service a major UK supermarket estate across multiple stores. You will work on CO₂ refrigeration pack systems, perform planned and reactive maintenance, and handle store visits with a well-structured on-call rota.

The role offers a defined earnings structure with a base salary of £47,676.66 and an OTE of £60,000, plus a joining bonus of £2,000, and a strong benefits package including 33 days

Qualifications

• NVQ/SVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning.
• F-Gas Category 1 (C&G 2079-1) certification.
• Valid UK driving licence must be held.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive refrigeration maintenance across retail sites.
• Working with CO₂ refrigeration pack systems.
• Diagnosing faults and recommending repair or replacement.
• Completing PPMs, reactive work and store visits.
• Carrying out small alterations and installations within competence.
