Calibre Search is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Service Engineer to join its mobile engineering team in the Portsmouth area. The role involves servicing, maintaining and repairing commercial refrigeration equipment across customer sites in Hampshire and surrounding areas.

You will manage your own workload, attend breakdowns, fault finding and repairs to ensure systems operate correctly. Benefits include a company van, door-to-door travel, standby payments and overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous experience servicing commercial refrigeration systems.
• Current F Gas qualification.
• Strong fault finding and diagnostic skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Good customer facing and communication skills.
• Willingness to participate in the call out rota.

Responsibilities

Salary: Up to £48,000 + Standby

A specialist in house engineering company is looking for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join its mobile engineering team in the Portsmouth area.

The role will involve servicing, maintaining and repairing a range of commercial refrigeration equipment across customer sites throughout Hampshire and the surrounding areas.

You will be responsible for managing your own workload, attending breakdowns and carrying out fault finding and repairs to ensure systems are operating correctly.

The Role

• Service and maintain commercial refrigeration equipment
• Attend reactive breakdowns and diagnose faults
• Carry out repairs and component replacements
• Complete planned preventative maintenance
• Fault find across refrigeration and associated electrical systems
• Complete service reports and job documentation
• Work independently across a regional patch
• Participate in a 1 in 5 call out rota

The majority of the work will be within Portsmouth, Hampshire and the surrounding areas, although standby requirements may involve some additional travel.
