Job summary

Arcus FM is hiring an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to service a range of multi-site retail clients around Bournemouth. You will join a growing team and operate with a 45-hour week, Monday to Friday, plus an on-call rota.

The role requires valid UK driving licence, refrigeration engineering experience, and F-Gas (C&G 2079) and CO2 qualifications. The company offers a welcoming package including a company van, fuel card, and attractive rewards.

Qualifications

• Refrigeration engineering experience required, preferably in supermarket or retail environments.
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079) required.
• CO2 qualification required.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Strong health and safety awareness.

Responsibilities

• Service and maintain refrigeration systems across multiple sites in Bournemouth and wider areas.
• Travel to customer sites as required by the role.
• Work 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks).

Essential:

• Valid UK driver’s license
• Refrigeration engineering experience
