Job summary

Arcus FM Kingston upon Thames, South West London, is seeking an experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Engineer to service multi-site retail clients. You will be on the road, diagnosing, maintaining, servicing and repairing systems while delivering outstanding customer service across your patch.

This hands-on, mobile role requires a valid UK driver’s license, F-Gas, CO2 qualifications and proven refrigeration/AC experience.

Qualifications

• Valid UK driver's license.
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079-11).
• Refrigeration or Air Conditioning engineering experience.
• Excellent communication and time management.
• Strong work ethic with Health & Safety awareness.
• CO2 Qualification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, maintain, service and repair refrigeration/air conditioning systems across the patch.
• Deliver high-quality customer service on-site and during visits.
• Carry out diagnostics and repairs in a mobile, multi-site environment.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure safety procedures are followed.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be on the road, keeping our clients supermarket refrigeration / air conditioning systems running smoothly across your patch, carrying out high-quality diagnostics, maintenance, servicing and repairs – all while delivering outstanding customer service.

This is a hands-on, mobile role where no two days are the same.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid UK driver’s license
• F-Gas certification (C&G 2079-11)
• Refrigeration or Air Conditioning engineering experience
• Excellent communication and time management
• A strong work ethic, with Health & Safety awareness
• CO2 Qualification

Additional info

• The role will involve working 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday
• On-call rota: 1 in every 4 weeks
