• Experience working with secondary-aged students.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• Experience with SIMS or similar systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Reflect Room and internal exclusion provision.
• Supervise students removed from lessons and ensure work is completed.
• Promote positive behaviour, engagement and attendance.
• Support students individually with pastoral needs.
• Maintain accurate behaviour and detention records.
• Liaise with staff, parents and external agencies as required.
