Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in operations and maintenance of refineries or oil and gas plants.
• Technical knowledge of produced water treatment, crude desalting, and gas dehydration.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build client relationships.
• Proficient English communication and report writing; travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Provide qualified technical sales support to the sales team and operations.
• Interact with customers and sales reps to understand needs and applications.
• Prepare technical samples, designs, and presentations with tailored data.
• Participate in conferences, trade shows, and workshops to stay updated.
• Conduct facility performance audits across crude oil, gas, water, and sand systems to identify bottlenecks.
• Prepare customized proposals and solution strategies aligned with client needs.
• Travel nationally and internationally up to 50%.
