Sibelco UK Ltd is seeking a Process Engineer to lead mineral processing initiatives, enhance efficiency, safety and sustainability across operations. You will deliver greenfield and brownfield projects from concept through ramp-up, applying your technical expertise to improve processes and quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mineral Processing, Chemistry, Geology, or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment, preferably mining/mineral processing.
• Strong expertise in process engineering with proven project planning, execution and evaluation.
• Experience with CAD, Excel, databases or process simulation software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive process engineering projects from concept through planning, execution, commissioning and ramp-up.
• Develop and optimize mineral and material processes via trials, simulations, flow sheets and technical analysis.
• Support production sites with technical expertise, identify improvements and debottlenecking opportunities.
• Conduct process audits, analyze production and quality data, and prepare clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal/external teams while ensuring safety, quality control and compliance.
