Responsibilities

• Provide technical process support and real-time troubleshooting for manufacturing operations.
• Monitor plant performance and identify opportunities to improve safety, quality and efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement projects focused on process optimization and cost reduction.
• Coordinate scale-up and introduction of new products with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct material evaluations, lab trials, and analytical investigations.
• Participate in hazard studies, MOC activities, and root-cause investigations.
• Manage production batch documentation, process specs, and SAP transactions.
• Support development and improvement of analytical methods for process monitoring.
• Champion safety, environmental stewardship, and continuous improvement.
• Build cross-functional relationships to ensure effective project execution.
