The Nehemiah Project is seeking a compassionate Referrals Practitioner to meet with applicants onsite in Streatham, Croydon and Clapham. You will conduct initial assessments, explain the programme and help visitors begin their recovery journey with warmth and professionalism.
You will build relationships with referral partners, coordinate admissions and safeguarding, and collaborate with our team to ensure a welcoming, fair admissions process that strengthens our recovery community.

As the first point of contact for many applicants, you'll play a unique role in shaping how people experience Nehemiah before they even arrive. You'll work alongside supportive colleagues, build trusted relationships with referral partners and have the opportunity to influence how our admissions process continues to develop.
As a smaller organisation, your ideas will be heard, your contribution will be recognised and your work will have a direct impact on who joins our recovery community.
Experience in addiction recovery, homelessness, criminal justice, mentalhealthor supported housing is welcomed, butwe'reequally interested in people whose values and approach align with ours.
