Langley Trust is seeking a compassionate Referrals Administrator to support housing referrals with care and accuracy. This permanent, 37-hour-per-week role is based in our Coventry office with hybrid working and occasional travel to Langley locations across the UK.

You will manage referrals, maintain waiting lists, and provide clear information to referrers and clients while upholding confidentiality and equal access to services.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative roles and data entry.
• Ability to handle referrals and sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Manage and accurately record housing referrals, including entering data and maintaining the waiting list.
• Support referral placement decisions by considering individual needs and best fit.
• Provide information packs and updates to referrers and clients through the referral process.
• Liaise with projects, referrers and managers to obtain required paperwork and progress referrals.
• Assist with referral reporting and general administrative support to ensure timely placements.
