Job summary

Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an administrative post to support Referral and Triage Practitioners within the Specialist Community Forensic Team. The Team Administrator will coordinate the patient referral pathway, ensure referrals are processed and assessments arranged within required timeframes.

Responsibilities include minute taking, typing, mail management and handling calls from patients, carers and other health and social care professionals.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience in health or social care settings.
• Ability to coordinate referrals and arrange assessments.

Responsibilities

• Arrange assessments and manage referrals within set timeframes.
• General office duties: minuting meetings, typing letters and correspondence, managing mailboxes.
