Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee all site operations including production, maintenance, quality, health & safety, and logistics.
• Lead, motivate and develop a multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure targets are met while maintaining quality, compliance and safety.
• Manage resources to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes and site performance.
• Develop and deliver site budgets and KPIs; report performance to senior leadership.
• Act as the site contact with stakeholders and regulators.
