Berry Recruitment Group is seeking a Waste Operative for a busy recycling and waste management facility in Pontypridd. This is a full-time, ongoing position with a Monday to Friday schedule and daytime hours from 7:00am to 3:00pm.

The role involves sorting recyclable materials, handling various waste products, and ensuring correct recycling streams, while keeping the area tidy and adhering to health and safety rules. A reliable work history and a positive attitude are valued.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Previous waste, recycling, warehouse, or production experience is beneficial but not essential.

• Separating and sorting recyclable materials
