Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting a Recycling Operative for a busy facility near Hartlepool. This temp-to-perm role offers regular hours, local work in a rural area, and a clear path to long-term employment. You'll be unloading expired food products, assisting in recycling processes, and helping maintain a clean, safe site while meeting daily targets.

Weekdays only with early shifts are provided. The role includes a 6:00am–3:00pm or 9:00am–6:00pm pattern and access to weekly pay and pension

Job description

We are currently recruiting for a Recycling Operative to join a busy recycling facility in the outer Hartlepool area. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity with the potential for long-term employment.

Location: Hartlepool, TS27 (Rural Location, not accessible by public transport)

Pay: £12.71 per hour

Overtime: £19.07 per hour after 42.5 hours

Hours: Monday to Friday

Shift Pattern:

• 6:00am - 3:00pm
• 9:00am - 6:00pm
