Job summary

Barker Ross Group is recruiting Recycling Operatives in Daventry for immediate starts. The role involves supporting daily recycling operations, baling cardboard, sorting materials, and meeting daily targets in a fast-paced warehouse.

Ideal candidates are reliable, punctual, physically fit, able to follow instructions, and able to work well in a team. Shifts include AM 6:00-2:00 and PM 2:00-10:00, with any 5 days out of 7 including weekends.

£14.85 per hour - PM Shift

Role Description

The Role: As a Recycling Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the daily recycling operation, ensuring materials are processed efficiently and work is completed within the required deadlines. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that requires candidates who are physically fit, motivated, and able to work efficiently as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Baling cardboard and preparing recyclable materials for processing.
• Moving and sorting recycling materials around the warehouse.
• Keeping the working area clean, tidy, and organised.
• Following all health and safety procedures.
• Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines.
• Supporting the wider team to ensure the smooth running of the operation.
