Overview

STR is a niche sector international recruitment business with offices in Portsmouth, Switzerland and the US.

Current opportunities

• Blackfield – seek a junior or experienced recruiter to join their team in a 360 role on a warm desk in automation contract, European placement within the Biotech and Life Sciences sector. The current desk bills £350-£400k.
• Insignis – looking for people to join their team in either Housing or the Defence sector. These are predominantly perm roles in trades through to high end niche sector engineering roles. UK market activity is increasing.

Experience and earnings

Previous experience in recruitment is not essential though exposure to a sales process is. The roles are basic and results based with earnings open. New to recruitment can expect to earn £35k and experience £70-£100k.
