The Role

As a Telephone Interviewer you will be responsible for reviewing, actioning and telephone interviewing candidates for all our roles across the UK businesses. Key responsibilities include:

• Establishing what applicants are suitable and unsuitable for the roles they have applied for
• Rejecting unsuitable applicants at application and phone screening stage
• Conducting telephone interviews
• Reviewing internal roles and making Recruiters aware of applications
• Contacting applicants to encourage them to leave reviews on our service
• Maintaining candidate relationships through the recruitment process
• Keeping spreadsheets and internal systems up to date
• Assisting other telephone screeners with additional workload if required
• Taking part in meetings with Recruiters to update on the progress of roles

Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience working in a customer service or phone based role would be advantageous
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self motivated
