We are looking for Recruitment Team Leads to lead a team of Recruiters in either the perm or contract technology space. You will inherit a team of junior and mid-level Recruitment Consultants and will be tasked with developing and supporting them.

You should have strong client development skills and experience in technology recruitment for at least 3 years. Previous management or leadership experience isn't essential. You will be enrolled in our leadership programme, with a desire to lead and support your team’s growth.

Requirements:

• Lead by example, drive recruitment activities such as candidate generation, leveraging existing clients, building new relationships, maintaining a pipeline, and consistent billing.
• Strong commercial and business acumen.
• Manage P&L, headcount, and budgets.
• Drive recruitment activity and team performance.
• Support and coach Consultants in your team.
• Report to the MD.
• Participate in our structured training programme, including our Senior Leaders programme.
