Job summary

The Change Impact Group, operating as Agents of Change Network, is seeking a proactive recruiter to help identify, engage and recruit talent for its growing network of projects and businesses.

You'll source and screen candidates for specialist and professional roles, publish job listings, coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications, while maintaining pipelines and supporting contractor onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or people coordination is desirable.
• Value initiative, communication and recognising potential beyond a CV.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn, managing multiple priorities and working independently.
