Barton Search - Rec2Rec is seeking a Recruitment Consultant in Fareham to own the full recruitment cycle, from building client relationships to successful placements.

You’ll benefit from in-depth training and ongoing coaching as you move into a specialist market, with room to grow as the business expands. A hybrid setup with one day of remote work is available along with an attractive commission structure.

Qualifications

• You’ll have around 1–5 years recruitment experience and want to keep developing.
• You’ll be comfortable with the commercial side of recruitment and keen to take ownership of your desk.
• You’ll grow in a growing specialist agency with ongoing coaching and training.

Responsabilités

• You’ll manage the full recruitment process: developing client relationships, winning business, building candidate networks and seeing placements through.
• You’ll build knowledge of a specialist market, with training and support as you transition.
