Job summary

Parkes Personnel Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking a Permanent Recruitment Consultant to take over an established desk with a warm client base. You’ll earn a 20% commission on your first placement, with potential to increase to 30%, and have the freedom to work from home three days a week.

The team is small, experienced, and focused on growth. You’ll join a stable, ambitious recruitment team with a broad client base and plans to scale.

Qualifications

• Solid permanent recruitment experience.
• Business development experience and ability to grow new client base.
• Ability to build and develop your own desk and manage a workload with limited supervision.
• Comfort working in a generalist recruitment role across multiple industries.
• Willingness to work flexibly and fit around family commitments.

Responsibilities

• Take over a warm desk and existing business to start with.
• Build and grow your own client base through proactive business development.
• Manage full end-to-end permanent recruitment processes from brief to placement.
• Develop relationships with clients across the wider business.
• Attract, interview and manage candidates for a range of permanent roles.
• Cover a broad mix of vacancies from Administrators to Engineers and GM level.
• Aim to achieve the individual billing target of 100k.
