The role

Award-winning Recruitment agency PE Global Healthcare is currently looking for a Recruitment/Senior Consultant to join our Community Nursing team based in our stunning Central London Office near London Bridge.

Duties of the role include:

  • Dealing with healthcare opportunities within our Nursing division
  • Developing new and existing client relationships
  • Sourcing candidates using various methods such as job portals, internal database, social media platforms, and personal networks
  • Taking ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it
  • Developing job postings, descriptions, and position requirements
  • Involved in various stages of the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews, reference checks, medicals, and onboarding
  • Account management of large-scale clients
  • Maintaining accurate records of candidates and clients in the internal database
  • Providing excellent customer service to managers and candidates

The successful candidate should have experience in the following:

  • Previous healthcare recruitment experience within community nursing
  • Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management, and online resources such as Indeed, LinkedIn, staff nurse, and CV Library
  • Excellent communication skills, confident on the phone when speaking with decision-makers, and able to influence effectively
  • A positive, sociable attitude and willingness to work hard
