Recruitment / Sales / Operations Consultant

The Nexum Group is a multi-discipline business within the Electrical Contracting and Recruitment space, currently seeking enthusiastic, driven, and confident individuals to join our growing team.

The company is undergoing exciting change and as our pipeline of work increases, we require talented individuals in the following areas to enhance our infrastructure:

  • Experienced Sales and Delivery Consultants
  • Trainee Delivery Consultants and Account Managers

Our business is a merger between an established electrical contractor and an experienced recruitment business with over 25 years of experience in the Electrical, Data, Mechanical, Fit-Out & Construction industries.

This hybrid model offers many advantages to our clients and partners by providing comprehensive project support, including self-delivering electrical packages, labour-only fixed-price solutions, and both temporary and permanent recruitment services.

This unique setup allows us to bridge the gap between contracting and recruitment solutions, helping our sales and operations teams overcome industry 'stigma' associated with 'agency labour supply.' We operate primarily as a credible contracting business that also provides labour and recruitment services.

This approach creates opportunities to cross-sell our services, maximize solutions for clients, and increase earning potential for our team members in a commission-based role.

Depending on the position applied for, duties may include:

  1. Managing and developing existing client relationships to identify new opportunities for electrical projects, labour supply, and white-collar recruitment services.
  2. Identifying new client opportunities across electrical contracting, labour supply, and recruitment services.
  3. Utilizing and growing our network and database of trusted contacts to carry out works directly or provide services to clients on fixed-price or day-rate basis.
  4. Ensuring high standards of workforce quality, service, and compliance at all times.
  5. Competent use of our state-of-the-art database.
  6. Conducting site visits and client meetings to strengthen relationships.

We require suitable applicants to be:

  • Energetic, motivated, and confident forward thinkers
  • Troubleshooters and problem solvers with a can-do attitude
  • Experience in sales, consulting, or construction environments
  • Committed to delivering top standards and upholding personal and company reputation
  • Detail-oriented with correct process adherence
  • Possess a full driving license
