ITS Property Maintenance is seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant / Sales Consultant to join our Reading-based team. The role blends business development, account management and recruitment within the Social Housing & Property Maintenance sector, with the chance to build your own client and candidate portfolio.

You will develop new business, manage existing accounts, and work towards targets while leveraging our established market and support tools.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, B2B sales or business development is valued.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential.
• Comfortable with targets, working in a sales environment, and managing multiple clients and vacancies.
