ITS Property Maintenance in Reading is seeking an enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant / Sales Consultant to join our specialist Property Maintenance team. You will develop your own portfolio of clients, contacts and candidates, and balance business development with account management.

The role offers a base salary of £27,000–£35,000 plus uncapped commission, with a clearly defined path to build and manage your own recruitment desk within a growing property maintenance and social housing division.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment or strong B2B sales background.
• Ability to win new business and manage client relationships.
