Job description

Recruitment Resourcer - Part-time

This role is part-time, Monday-Wednesday, 9.00am-5.30pm. 100% office based in the RG2 0 area.

Role Responsibilities:
  1. Source new candidates from platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, databases, and internal networks.
  2. Conduct screening calls to assess skills and behaviour.
  3. Liaise with clients throughout the recruitment process from initial brief to onboarding.
  4. Ensure all compliance requirements are met.
  5. Develop a talent pool within niche markets.
Role Requirements:
  1. Provide excellent recruitment service, building strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  2. Review client job descriptions to understand requirements.
  3. Search for candidates effectively using job boards and LinkedIn.
  4. Coordinate interviews, offers, and onboarding with clients.
  5. Maintain CRM and VMS systems accurately.
  6. Support the team with ad-hoc recruitment tasks.
