Responsibilities

• Screening candidates who applied for vacancies across a variety of roles.
• Speaking with candidates by telephone to assess experience and availability.
• Conducting high-volume outbound calls to discuss job opportunities.
• Reviewing CVs and matching candidates to suitable vacancies.
• Sourcing candidates via online job boards and CV databases.
• Advertising vacancies on approved platforms and coordinating registrations.
