H&G Recruitment is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer/Administrator in Northampton, starting immediately from a salary of £26,500 per annum depending on experience. You will support the busy branch with candidate attraction, registration, compliance and general administration.

In this fast‑paced, varied role you’ll interview candidates, maintain compliance records and help connect candidates with opportunities, while contributing to smooth branch operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience, ideally within driving, industrial, warehouse or logistics sectors.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of recruitment compliance.
• Confident communicator with a professional, customer‑focused approach.
• Excellent organisation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Contact and interview candidates who apply via job boards or the H&G Recruitment website.
• Carry out detailed telephone interviews and complete candidate registrations.
• Search CV databases to identify suitable candidates for live vacancies.
• Maintain accurate, compliant candidate records in line with recruitment legislation.
• Support with payroll, compliance and registration documentation.
• Coordinate candidate availability to support the planning team.
• Provide efficient administrative support to the wider branch team.
• Identify potential sales leads from candidate data.
