What will you be doing?

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in finding, attracting and connecting talented people with exciting career opportunities.

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

Finding top talent: Searching job boards, CV databases and LinkedIn to identify potential candidates.

Attracting candidates: Creating engaging job adverts, building talent pools and exploring new ways to attract the right people.

Building relationships: Speaking with candidates, conducting initial telephone screens and understanding their skills, motivations and career goals.

Making things happen: Matching candidates to opportunities, keeping in touch with your talent network and generating new leads.

Using your initiative: Exploring creative sourcing methods, building your LinkedIn network and staying ahead of the competition.

Supporting the team: Helping the branch run smoothly and contributing to the overall success of the business.

You’ll learn how to identify great talent, build relationships, manage a recruitment pipeline and develop the skills needed to succeed in a fast‑paced, results‑driven industry.
