Job summary

• Source and attract top talent using LinkedIn, social media and job boards.
• Conduct candidate interviews and screenings.
• Build relationships with candidates and understand their career aspirations.
• Work with clients to understand hiring needs and identify suitable candidates.
• Manage candidate registrations and maintain records.
• Complete compliance and pre-employment checks.
• Support recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
• Identify new business opportunities and market intelligence.
• Assist wider team with administration and sales support.
• Deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and clients.
