Sure Start Staff Limited is hiring a Recruitment Resourcer in Lancashire to support our clients and candidates across temporary and permanent roles. The role involves sourcing and registering candidates, advertising vacancies, assessing suitability, and maintaining records to ensure compliance.

You will work closely with a small team in a busy environment and participate in the on-call rota outside normal hours.

• Previous recruitment or resourcing experience is valued.
• Strong administration, customer service or people-focused experience welcome.
• Confident communication by phone and email.

Contract Information: Permanent, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, (30-minute lunch)
Salary: £26,500 - 28,000 per annum, depending on experience
Annual Leave: 33 days including bank holidays

Sure Start Staff is a growing recruitment agency specialising in the Commercial & Industrial sectors. We are looking for a friendly, organised and hardworking

Recruitment Resourcer to join our team and play an important part in supporting our clients, candidates and day-to-day operations.

This is a varied role where no two days are quite the same!

What you'll be doing:

• Sourcing and registering candidates for a range of temporary and permanent roles.
• Advertising vacancies and managing candidate applications.
• Speaking with candidates to understand their experience, availability and suitability for roles.
• Supporting the recruitment team with general administration and day-to-day business tasks.
• Helping to maintain candidate records and ensure compliance documentation is up to date.
• Providing general support to clients and temporary workers.
• Taking part in our out-of-hours On-Call rota, helping to support workers and clients outside normal office hours.

What we're looking for:

We're looking for someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys working in a busy environment. Previous recruitment or resourcing experience would be great, but we're also happy to hear from people with strong administration, customer service or people-focused experience.

You should be:

• Confident communicating with people over the phone and by email.
• Organised and able to manage a variety of tasks.
• Comfortable working as part of a small, supportive team.
• Proactive, flexible and willing to get stuck in.
• Comfortable with general administration and computer systems.
