Office Angels Limited is seeking a proactive Executive Recruitment Consultant in London. You will manage the full 360 recruitment process, from winning new business to sourcing and placing candidates, supported by comprehensive training and ongoing coaching.

• Developing and managing relationships with new and existing clients.

• Advertising vacancies and managing recruitment campaigns.
• Screening, interviewing and shortlisting candidates.
• Managing the interview process from initial briefing through to offer stage.
• Negotiating salary packages and placement terms.
• Delivering exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates.
• Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly targets.

The Role

This is a full 360 Recruitment Consultant position where you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process, from winning new business and securing vacancies through to sourcing candidates and successfully placing them into roles.

You will be given comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you develop your commercial skills and become a trusted recruitment professional.
