We are seeking a self-driven, motivated individual to join our team and work across our healthcare brands to source top-tier healthcare staff aligned with client requirements.

Do you have a passion for engaging with diverse people and matching candidates' skills and experiences to their ideal roles?

Pulse is looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to join our team of consultants, contributing to our candidate-focused approach to enhance the hiring and onboarding experience.

Everyday you will...

  • Sourcing new healthcare candidates through techniques such as headhunting, referrals, CRM, applications, job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Matching clients and candidates by assessing needs and effectively screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates to meet objectives.
  • Developing and maintaining communication links and good working relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Managing a candidate pipeline and maintaining regular contact with potential candidates.
