• Sourcing new healthcare candidates through techniques such as headhunting, referrals, the internal CRM, applications, job boards, social media, and networking.
• Matching clients and candidates by assessing needs, screening, interviewing, and ensuring effective placement.
• Developing and maintaining good communication with candidates and stakeholders.
• Managing a candidate pipeline with regular contact.
