Location: Dartford

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Delivery Consultant or Recruitment Resourcer to support our expanding client base. APM is on a growth trajectory, aiming to double in size by 2025, and we are seeking ambitious recruitment professionals who value knowledge, progression, and financial freedom. Our 13-week induction program includes 1-on-1 coaching and team training to equip you for success.

Your Role as a Recruitment Resourcer:

1. Work directly with Senior Consultants and Management
2. Sourcing and interviewing candidates
3. Focus on candidate engagement
4. Enjoy benefits such as commission, incentives, and flexible hours
5. Complete a 13-week induction followed by daily team training
6. Potential progression to 360-degree recruitment roles

Ideal Candidate:

1. Confident and well-educated
2. Motivated by money and career progression with ambitious goals
3. Possess higher national curriculum qualifications, A Levels, Degree, or equivalent
4. Recruitment experience is desirable but not essential
