Job Title: Property Management Recruitment Resourcer

Location:Remote with occasional travel to Becket House, Worthing

Salary: Competitive Salary Package

Hours:Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm

Contract Length: 6 Months Fixed Term Contract

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Property Management Recruitment Resourcer to join our growing team. This role is integral in identifying and engaging top talent within the property management sector. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, building strong talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless recruitment experience. If you have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and a passion for recruitment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively source and identify high-quality candidates for property management roles.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Utilise various recruitment tools, job boards, LinkedIn, and networking strategies to attract candidates.
  • Conduct initial screening calls and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
  • Work closely with recruitment partners and hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and organised candidate database.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with passive candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and market insights to enhance recruitment strategies.

What are we looking for:

  • Previous experience in a recruitment resourcing role preferred but not essential.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Highly organized with great attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sourcing talent.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM platforms is a plus.
