Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer - Head Office, London

Skilled Careers is seeking an Apprentice Recruitment Resourcer to join our head office in London. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to start a career in recruitment within a supportive environment, guided by an experienced team.

The successful candidate will initially gain industry knowledge and skills as a recruitment resourcer, with potential to develop into a full 360 Consultant.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Register new candidates with Skilled Careers
  2. Re-engage with existing candidates in the database
  3. Identify top talent within the construction industry
  4. Contact candidates daily to facilitate registration
  5. Communicate effectively via email and phone
  6. Build and maintain professional relationships with candidates
  7. Verify and upload candidate documentation, recording activity
  8. Work towards team targets and achieve KPIs
  9. Understand compliance and industry standards
  10. Assist managers in resourcing applicants
  11. Develop knowledge of clients and their projects
  12. Advertise vacancies across multiple platforms
  13. Utilize candidate databases to find suitable candidates
  14. Review applications and prepare CVs and notes
  15. Maintain organized files and up-to-date databases
  16. Follow up on business communications
  17. Handle concerns within agreed timelines

The above responsibilities are not exhaustive; flexibility to undertake additional tasks under management is expected.
