  7. Using the in-house ATS system and maintaining detailed records.
  8. Updating the recruitment system and assisting in generating reports.
  9. Handling inbound and outbound calls, including candidate calls and general recruitment inquiries.

Essential Requirements

  2. Experience in the financial sector is preferred but not required.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to multitask and build strong relationships internally.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other applications.
  6. Competent user of ATS systems and quick to learn new software.
  7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus.
  8. Team-oriented and collaborative working style.

Benefits

  2. 28 days paid holiday including Bank Holidays.
  3. Birthday off each year (post-probation).
  4. Opportunities for progression, promotion, and personal development.
  5. Contributory workplace pension scheme.
  6. Discounts on estate agency, mortgage, and surveying services.
  7. Staff referral bonuses.
