Job summary

Prospero Group in Leeds is seeking a Resourcer to source and engage high-quality candidates, connecting them with our recruitment consultants to meet placement goals. You’ll be the link between talented teachers, support staff and tutors, ensuring a smooth, positive experience from first contact to placement.

You’ll source top talent, register candidates, conduct interviews, review documents, and create compelling adverts on Broadbean and LinkedIn.

Qualifications

• Experience in candidate generation is preferred.
• Strong admin skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication—confident, clear, and professional on the phone.
• Highly organized with multitasking ability under pressure.
• Proactive, adaptable, and self-motivated in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Source top talent using internal and external databases and platforms.
• Manage candidate registrations, conduct interviews, review documents and ensure compliance.

• Pre-screen candidates and collaborate with consultants to align expectations.

• Maintain strong communication—respond to emails, calls, and candidate queries.
• Support compliance by collecting references and managing documentation.
• Represent Prospero at university career fairs and nurture candidate relationships.
