TeacherActive is looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join a high energy education recruitment team in Exeter. You’ll resource, recruit and conduct interviews, build candidate relationships and support onboarding with the compliance team.

You’ll work in a target-driven environment, manage multiple tasks and aim for KPIs while developing market knowledge. The role offers uncapped commission, strong career progression, generous annual leave, a health care plan and frequent team events.

Salary: £26,600 - £33,800+ uncapped commission with no threshold

The Role: Recruitment Resourcer

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our consultants and ensuring we place the best talent in the right roles by:

• Selling TeacherActive’s services, you will resource, recruit and conduct registration interviews for outstanding candidates within the education sector.

• Build lasting candidate relationships to keep on top of candidate availability and build market knowledge.

• Work collaboratively with the sales and compliance teams to allow all candidates are onboarded compliantly and ensure a seamless boking experience.

• Managing multiple tasks in a fast paced, high energy environment whilst achieving KPI’s and targets.

• Network with local colleagues, universities and job centres and attending recruitment fairs and expos to support with candidate attraction.
