Job summary

TeacherActive in Kings Hill is recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer to support consultants and help place the best talent in education. You’ll resource, recruit and conduct registration interviews for standout candidates while building relationships with colleges and candidates.

Working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, you’ll manage multiple tasks, hit KPI targets and help onboard candidates compliantly.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience working towards targets and deadlines.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.
• Confidence and a natural ability to build relationships.
• Exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Resource, recruit and conduct registration interviews for outstanding candidates within the education sector.
• Build lasting candidate relationships to monitor availability and market knowledge.
• Collaborate with sales and compliance teams to onboard candidates compliantly and ensure a seamless booking experience.
• Manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-energy environment while achieving KPIs and targets.
• Network with local colleagues, universities and job centres and attend recruitment fairs to support candidate attraction.

Salary: £27,600 - £34,800+ uncapped commission with no threshold

The Role: Recruitment Resourcer

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a key role in supporting our consultants and ensuring we place the best talent in the right roles by:

• Selling TeacherActive’s services, you will resource, recruit and conduct registration interviews for outstanding candidates within the education sector.
• Build lasting candidate relationships to keep on top of candidate availability and build market knowledge.
• Work collaboratively with the sales and compliance teams to allow all candidates are onboarded compliantly and ensure a seamless boking experience.
• Managing multiple tasks in a fast paced, high energy environment whilst achieving KPI’s and targets.
• Network with local colleagues, universities and job centres and attending recruitment fairs and expos to support with candidate attraction.
