theo is recruiting a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in the UK automotive recruitment sector. You will identify and engage exceptional talent, build relationships with candidates and support the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement.

You will focus on sourcing top talent, headhunting via LinkedIn and job boards, and maintaining robust talent pools while delivering an outstanding candidate experience across a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, resourcing, sales or customer service.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Confident speaking on the telephone.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Positive, self-motivated and driven to succeed.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Sourcing candidates using leading job boards and Boolean search techniques.
• Head hunting candidates through LinkedIn and social media.
• Building and maintaining talent pools for current and future vacancies.
• Screening CVs and conducting telephone interviews.
• Understanding candidates' experience, motivations and career aspirations.
• Writing and posting engaging job adverts.
• Sending targeted email, SMS and WhatsApp recruitment campaigns.
• Preparing candidates for interviews and supporting them throughout the recruitment process.
• Keeping our CRM updated with accurate candidate information.
• Working closely with Recruitment Consultants to fill vacancies quickly and efficiently.
• Delivering an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through to placement.
