theo is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Loughton, Essex office. You will source top talent, build strong client relationships, and drive business development across automotive vacancies. This role offers training from our Recruitment Manager and a collaborative team environment.

With 2+ years in recruitment, you will excel at organisation, multitasking, and delivering results, while staying adaptable and accountable in a fast-paced setting. Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, office-based role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in recruitment or staffing.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to multitask.
• Polished communication and personable phone manner.
• Hungry for success, flexible, and accountable.
• Proficient with MS Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Source top talent using job boards and boolean searches.
• Send mailshots and use social media to find candidates.
• Build and maintain client and candidate relationships.
• Match candidates to permanent and temporary roles.
• Help drive business development to expand reach.
• Manage recruitment inboxes and screen CVs.
• Conduct phone interviews, schedule meetings, and arrange assessments.
• Perform admin tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Aim to smash productivity targets under pressure.
