Job summary

theo is seeking a proactive Recruitment Resourcer to join our UK automotive recruitment team. You will source and engage top talent, build talent pools, and screen candidates through calls and CV reviews, helping candidates move into exciting roles.

You will use LinkedIn, Boolean search, and CRM tools to manage candidate flow and support consultants in filling vacancies with an outstanding candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised with attention to detail and strong time-management.
• Confident speaking on the telephone and building rapport.
• Experience in recruitment, resourcing, sales or customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates using leading job boards and Boolean search techniques.
• Headhunt candidates through LinkedIn and social media.
• Build and maintain talent pools for current and future vacancies.
• Screen CVs and conduct telephone interviews.
• Understand candidates' experience, motivations and career goals.
• Write and post engaging job adverts.
• Send targeted recruitment campaigns via email/SMS/WhatsApp.
• Prepare candidates for interviews and support them through the process.
• Keep CRM updated with candidate information.
• Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants to fill vacancies quickly.
• Deliver an outstanding candidate experience from contact to placement.
